Contribution of Perceived Social Support and Job Enrichment to Job Satisfaction in PAUD (early childhood education programs) Teachers

This research aims to determine the contribution of perceived social support and job enrichment satisfaction in PAUD (early childhood education programs) teachers. The number respondents is as many 178 people who work scale used this teacher?s with reliability 0.876, Multidimensional Scale Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) a 0,875, enrichment?s 0,928. Based on results hypothesis analysis, it known that together separately have significant effect (? ? 0.01) satisfaction. It also contributed very significantly by 27.2 % (R2) (?< 0.01).
